About Balance Fife

Balance is based in Fife on Kirkcaldy high street. Reiki healing and training is at the forefront of what we do as helping people feel better and improve their well-being is what we are all about. 

Wendy is a Reiki Master, holistic health practitioner and also a registered Teacher with the General Teaching Council Scotland. 

Wendy works with each client on an individual basis and will adapt the healing session to meet each persons individual holistic health needs. For example this may  include healing crystals.

Reiki sessions can be given lying down or seated and can also be sent to a person in a different location at an agreed time - this is  distance healing.

Classes enable children to experience Reiki energy and it's healing abilities. These classes are all about learning through doing and having fun.

Kids classes will be adapted to the individual with a combination of: 

• working with energy
• music and dance
• mindfulness
• art and craft
• healing crystals
